Storyhill Fest Midwest 2009
Guidelines
Due to limited space and the intention of relative ease, simplicity and enjoyment for all,
attendees are asked to follow these guidelines:
- For the safety and peace of mind of fellow festivarians, please do not bring pets (including dogs).
- Open fires are not permitted on Clearwater Forest Camp grounds; a volunteer will tend the
large campfire each night.
- Please contact the festival coordinator if you would like to bring an RV
(some may be prohibited; tow behind campers welcome): kowitz@7thstreetevents.com.
- On-site parking is provided. Festival volunteers will direct you were to park during check in.
- Ticket refunds will be issued only under special circumstances.
- Storyhill Fest Midwest is a "rain or shine" and "assume your own risk" event. Campers sign a
waiver of release of all liability when purchasing a ticket. In the event of heavy rains,
the musical performances will be moved to a large pavilion at the camp.
- Please follow a "leave no trace," low-impact attitude during the weekend. Please be mindful
of excess noise, trash, damage to vegetation etc. And feel free to chip in
during clean up on Monday!
- Festival attendees are not allowed to bring any alcohol to the camp. Beer and wine will
be available at the concert each day.
- Audio and video taping of the fest is allowed as long as it is self-powered and doesn't
obstruct other's sight lines.
Any questions pertaining to the festival should be addressed to event organizers, Seventh Street
Events: kowitz@7thstreetevents.com.
