Guidelines for the Storyhill Fest ‘08
Due to the limited space and the intention of relative ease, simplicity and fun for all we would like to encourage campers to follow these guidelines:

• For the safety and peace of mind of fellow festivarians we ask you not bring pets or dogs

• Open fires are not permitted on the grounds of the Hyalite Youth Camp – a volunteer will tend the large campfire each night

• No big RV’s at the camp– if you drive one you can reserve a campsite nearby at www.reserveusa.com

• On-site parking is provided for full weekend campers only. Parking for the Dinner/Shows ticket holders is available at the north end of the lake – a shuttle van/truck will run back and forth during the first hour of each night time performance and after the shows. Additional parking can be found along the road outside the camp. It is somewhat limited. Car pooling from Bozeman is HIGHLY encouraged!

• Dinner/show pass holders are urged to consider car pooling from Bozeman and/or leave their cars at the parking area/boat ramp on the north end of the lake. A shuttle van or truck will be making runs to and from the festival to this area to help reduce parking impact by the Hyalite Youth Camp

• Refunds for tickets will be issued only under special circumstances

• The Storyhill Fest is a “rain or shine” and “assume your own risk” event – campers sign a waiver of release of all liability when purchasing a ticket. In the event of heavy rains the musical performances will be moved under a big tent as well as the main lodge

• We would like to encourage a “Leave no trace” low-impact attitude during the weekend. Please be mindful of excess noise, trash, damage to vegetation etc. And feel free to chip in during clean up on Sunday!

• Dinner/show pass holders please respect the private spaces of the campers tent areas

• Audio and video taping of the fest is allowed as long as it is self-powered and doesn’t obstruct other’s sight lines
